What did the project involve?
We added a 5000mm X 3000mm Motiva Linear™ Lite to the grounds of Wrexham Maelor Hospital, which was the ideal size for its outdoor area. The Motiva Linear™ can easily withstand the elements, thanks to its solid steel framework, so we approved of this choice for an outdoor shelter where the hospital community could take refuge in bad weather. The team there – who offer services including maternity, A&E and X-Rays – also picked out Anthracite Grey steelwork and an Opal roof to create a modern design that would appeal to workers and patients alike and encourage them to get outdoors throughout the year.
