Comments – Using an existing alcove can work well when you are considering adding a school canopy. With three walls you already have a degree of weather protection. The addition of a canopy from our Motiva Mono range adds overhead protection as well. In this case, the canopy has been fixed to the wall on one side with supporting posts on the other.
Students at Victoria Primary School in South Wales are able to use the outdoor area no matter what the weather. There is the option to store items underneath and even add roller shutter doors perhaps in the future, creating a secure storage space.
