You can see the datasheet for the Motiva Duo Double here, to find out more about the design. The structure is large at 18000mm X 12000mm and is also benefits from Alu-Tuff™ (aluminium box profile) guttering and downpipes in matching Dura-coat™ slate grey. The new canopy has extended what had been a narrow walkway and provided a larger usable space for students at Kingsbury School.

Is dining outdoors a privilege or essential to school children

There are numerous recognised benefits to dining outdoors as a part of the school day. As young people spend the majority of the day in a classroom setting, it is essential that they are given time to breathe at lunchtime. In spending this break in the fresh air, it not only promotes a restful atmosphere but can also lower levels of hyperactivity in a pupil. If a child is required to spend their break inside, it can mirror the classroom environment and stop them from taking an adequate amount of time to relax. Outdoor dining is also a very sociable activity, unrestrained by the dining hall environment students can chat with other year groups freely.
