What did the project involve?
We built a Maxima StarSail™ at Park Primary School with a post pad to increase safety measures around the canopy and 5000mm X 5000mm specifications for maximum coverage from a compact structure. The Maxima StarSail™ sports an innovative design including a single centre post and this one was all the more appealing thanks to its Nut Brown steelwork and Porcelain Green roof. Our client has been an important part of its community since the site was created in 1938, and its new shade sail has helped it to support children’s wellbeing by giving them the chance to get outdoors more often at school.
