At A&S Landscape, we take real pride in what we build. It’s not just about putting steel together. It’s about making sure every structure is built to last using the best materials and processes.

First, we inspect the steel thoroughly, checking for defects and double checking measurements. If it’s not right, it doesn’t move forward. Accuracy is key to ensuring everything fits perfectly on-site.

Plasma cutting. Using a jet of hot plasma, we make precise, clean cuts even on tough metals. Some suppliers may use cheaper cutting methods, but that leads to rough edges and inaccuracies. We don’t cut corners. Every piece must be spot on.

Then comes welding where everything takes shape. It’s not just about joining metal. It’s about ensuring every weld is solid and built to last. Weak welds create weak structures, so we make sure every joint is as strong as the steel itself.

After fabrication, we hot dip galvanise the steel ,one of the most important steps in protecting it from rust and corrosion. By dipping it into molten zinc at 450 degrees Celsius, we create a tough, bonded layer that won’t chip, peel, or let rust creep in.

Before the final finish, we carry out fettling, smoothing out any imperfections to ensure the best possible adhesion for the next stage. It’s a small but critical step in achieving a flawless, long-lasting finish.

Finally, this is polyester powder coating. We prep and clean the steel, electrostatically spray the powder, then cure it in an oven. This creates a durable, fade-resistant finish that won’t chip or wear down over time, while giving the structure that sleek, professional look.

Every stage of the process is carried out with the same level of care and attention. That’s what makes the difference. When one of our structures goes out the door, we know it’s built to last, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
