Fabric Shelter at The Petchey Academy in London

The Petchey Academy in London was looking for a large-scale fabric shelter so it could make much better use of its grounds in all weathers.

What did the project involve?

A&S Landscape installed an expansive Maxima Tepee™ canopy at The Petchey Academy, comprising four modules and measuring an overall size of 20000mm X 5000mm. The model is perfectly suited to being a standalone structure that offers an impressive amount of covered space, and this was just what this client needed. An Ultramarine Blue roof and Slate Grey steelwork made for a sleek first impression at the institution, which is an ‘orderly, supportive, and inclusive learning environment’, and the fabric canopy can be used for all sorts of purposes such as dining and socialising in wet weather.
