A curved roof shelter was installed at the school, alongside one of the buildings. Measuring 8000mm X 300mm, there is plenty of room under the Motiva Mono for several pupils to use the space at the same time. The ultramarine blue steelwork creates a colourful, jolly appearance which works well with the surrounding environment.
Playtimes can be spent outside more often, throughout the school year. This means the pupils can always enjoy some fresh air during the day, helping them to refresh ahead of their afternoon activities. Teachers can also use the space to take classes outside for a memorable and engaging learning environment and experience.
Stockingford Primary School had previously worked with A&S Landscape, and because of the quality of their existing canopy, they came straight back for a second shelter. We are delighted that the school recognises the importance of outdoor play and that we could help to allow more pupils to spend time outside. We’ve also worked with Rugby Radio School in Warwickshire, installing five canopies and a cycle shelter, as well as Middlemarch Junior School.
A&S Landscape offers a range of canopies for schools and nurseries. From playground shelters to covered walkways, we can help you transform your outdoor space.
