Impressive Double Playground Canopies for Stoke High School in Suffolk

Stoke High School, located on Maidenhall Approach in Ipswich, had a requirement for playground shelter for their students.

What was the project?

A school of some 700 pupils, they wanted to create shelter to allow students to socialise, meet up, dine and study in the outdoors.

What was our solution?

A&S Landscape designed and installed two Motiva Linear™ canopies, off-set from one another at an angle and providing a total area of 66 square meters of shelter. Finished with steelwork in Gentian Blue, (RAL 5010), and topped with Opal polycarbonate roofing, the finished canopies provided an impressive area for both pupils and teachers to enjoy. The shelter space created beneath now offers the opportunity for multi-purpose usage.
