Heathgate House Entrance Canopy
Heathgate House wanted to make sure that as part of their work, they were ensuring the children stayed as dry and happy as possible on the site.

Project – New entrance canopy keeps pupils dry in Twickenham

Product – Motiva Linear

Requirement – Nobody wants to sit in the classroom with wet jumpers or wet hair. Something as simple as a playground shelter can make sure that little ones are not sat in soggy sweaters following a break time or after moving from one classroom to the next.

Heathgate House in Twickenham wanted to make sure that as part of their work, they were ensuring the children stayed as dry and happy as possible on the site in Middlesex.

Solution – A&S Landscape installed a Motiva Linear straight roof canopy outside two classroom doors, The shelter was installed at 9000mm x 2074mm, with steelwork in black (RAL 9005) and ALU-Tuff™ (aluminium box profile) guttering and downpipes in a matching Dura-coat™ finish. The roof was installed in clear polycarbonate.

Result – Heathgate now has an entrance canopy which covers two playground doors, meaning that children waiting are not going to be considering any clouds which might be loitering in the sky above. It is a smart new addition to the playground, which can also be used as extra play or learning space as well.
