Church Stretton School Install Walkway Canopy between Classes

This particular school is located close to the A&S Landscape Headquarters, so we were eager to help! The school wanted to build a covered connection between their buildings, which would shelter students when they were transferring between classes.

What did the project involve?

Church Stretton School were looking to upgrade their premises with the addition of a covered walkway to keep pupils and teachers dry when transferring between classes. Upon consultation, Church Stretton School and our specialists agreed that our Motiva Linear™ product would be the perfect design for the job. Its mono-pitch roof design is low maintenance, hard-wearing, and would be effective in sheltering students from both the snow and the rain. The design has dimensions of 10700mm X 2000mm and features our Slate Grey Duracoat™ and Opal polycarbonate roof. The school, which are amongst the top-performing schools in Shropshire, are very pleased with their new canopy, and we hope they enjoy it for many more years to come.

To help direct the downpour away from the school, our Alu-Tuff™ guttering was also included in the design; our guttering systems are exclusively made with aluminium to ensure longevity – due to its tough, durable, and long-lasting properties – also giving you the freedom to match or contrast the guttering to the RAL colour on your canopy.
