Project Details

St Wilfrid’s Catholic High School had outgrown it’s dining room, which eventually could only seat half their pupils at a time. They looked at the options to increase dining space and realised that they couldn’t afford an extension building. That is when they contacted A&S Landscape and realised that an outdoor canopy, with side panels, power, heating and lighting could be a fantastic, cost effective solution.

We were only too pleased to help and the project was agreed. We designed and installed a large Motiva Duo canopy from our range. With it’s curved roof it allowed space for blow heaters and lighting, to make sure that it could serve as a useful space all year round. We even added school logos to the glass side panels, a smart branding exercise which really adds the wow factor.

The children love using the new dining canopy. There are 16 picnic benches in the space which house many children without impacting on space in the original dining hall.

A&S Landscape have a wide range of products for you to review. All the different designs make sure that you will be able to find something to meet your needs. Review our gallery which has over 1500 images, it is a great place to get some inspiration for your project.

Dear Sirs

“The extra support and personal touch you get from A&S add a lot of value. We initially agreed a price and design, later in the process Roger came up with a much better design which removed all internal beams. This was done without us requesting it and Roger did not charge for the additional work or structural changes. Roger really wanted this canopy to work for us and explored all solutions until it was right.”
