Ford Britain Trust aims to change communities for the better, through education and advancement of its local neighbours. They focus on supporting children, the environment, the disabled, youth activities, education and projects which clearly demonstrate community improvements.

Application Process

Guidance together with a downloadable or postal application form is available from the website of the Trust. The form must be completed and returned via email or post to the address given.

Exact application deadlines will be published on the main Ford Britain Trust website.

As an overview, small grant applications are considered in March, June, November and December.

Large grant applications are considered at Trustees’ meetings in March and September.

Funding Range

Funding Range

Two grants are available, with the following funding ranges:

  • Small Grants – up to £250 are available four times a year
  • Large Grants – between £250 and £3,000 are available twice a year
