What was the project brief?
Stoke Damerel Community College sought to add a cover to their school entryway, requiring a bespoke solution to fit the large available space. They desired a curved roof to complement the existing on-site canopy and were keen to work with our consultants to see what designs would be possible. As the canopy was to be installed next to the front car park, the new canopy needed to be top-of-the-range to ensure visitors would have an excellent first impression of the school.
What was our canopy solution?
We designed and installed our Motiva Duo™ canopy with dimensions 10000mm X 6000mm, this product benefits from a steel framework, covered with our Gentian Blue Duracoat™ which is exceptionally robust, and protects the canopy from scratches, rust, and corrosion. For the roofing, our most popular Opal polycarbonate sheeting was chosen; our roofing is made of premium materials for enhanced longevity and provides protection from UV rays.
