Brighton Road Hospital in Rhyl were in need of a practical yet modern solution to provide shelter outside of their entrances. Our recent installation of two entrance canopies not only fulfilled the hospital's need for weather protection but also enhanced their exteriors, providing a more modern appearance to the building.

What was the project brief?
Brighton Road Hospital approached us with the need to provide shelter from the elements at their main doors and were looking for a canopy solution that was long lasting and durable. The hospital also wanted their solution to effectively tie in with their existing architecture and offer a sleek, contemporary look.
What was our school canopy solution?
After working with the client to asses their space and their needs, we provided our Motiva Linear™ canopies, a perfect choice for creating a modern and functional entrance space. The structures feature our Clear polycarbonate roofing, allowing natural light to filter through whilst keeping out rain, and the steelwork was finished in our Slate Grey Duracoat™ for a professional, long-lasting finish. These finished canopies are a seamless fit for the hospital’s space, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal.
About the client
Brighton Road Hospital is a newly built facility in Rhyl, which will accommodate 62 patients, providing 24 hour care. The hospital will provide specialist services for adults with mental health diagnoses, and is being built to provide a modern yet homely feel for those individuals. The hospital are working closely with the charities Change Step Wales and Woody’s Lodge, to hire local military veterans who are looking for a new career path.
