Playground Canopy at Kingsnorth Primary School in Kingsnorth

Kingsnorth Primary School in Kingsnorth, Kent needed a playground canopy to allow pupils to spend break times outdoors in all weathers. They were after a durable and waterproof design that would bring a splash of colour to their facilities.

What did the project involve?

A&S Landscape installed a 6000mm X 6000mm Maxima Tepee™ on the grounds of Kingsnorth Primary School. The staff at this institution – which threads its Christian values through every school day – combined Flame Red steelwork and a Turquoise Green roof to create a vibrant playground canopy. The waterproof PVC fabric roof offers protection from bad weather, so the children always have an option to play outside.
