Requirement – A great shelter can mean many things.
It can bring people together outside, providing social areas and dining spaces that would normally be inaccessible in poor weather.
It can mean being able to plan for outdoor learning, creating playground classroom extensions that mean year-round ‘fresh air’ education.
And it can mean an end to ‘let’s make a run for it’.
