What was the project brief?
The academy required versatile shelter options that would not only provide protection from the elements but also integrate seamlessly with the existing school architecture. They needed a solution that would allow students to use outdoor areas comfortably throughout the year.
What was our school canopy solution?
After carefully assessing the academy’s requirements, we installed two Motiva Duo™ canopies, measuring 18,500mm x 6,000mm and 55,000mm x 8,000mm. Both canopies were fitted with integrated light fittings to ensure usability at all times of the day. To enhance the aesthetic and provide additional protection, we incorporated glass panels into the design.
The canopies were finished in Sky Blue Duracoat™, adding a fresh and vibrant look to the school grounds. The Opal polycarbonate roof allows ample natural light to pass through while offering shade and UV protection.
