Paulet High School in Burton-upon-Trent were experiencing increased pressure on their indoor dining facilities, particularly during busy lunchtimes. With limited outdoor shelter and growing pupil numbers, the school needed Exceptional Covered Spaces™ that would expand their capacity while offering flexibility and comfort in all seasons. Our helpful team got to work on designing a high-quality, enclosed canopy system that could serve as a multipurpose space.

After working to understand the school’s requirements, our team at A&S Landscape designed and installed a large Motiva Expanse™ structure, providing a dedicated dining space with excellent protection from the elements. This was complemented by a Motiva Linear™ walkway canopy, linking the new dining space to the main school building to ensure seamless access in all weather conditions.
Conclusion:
By installing the new enclosed canopy and linking walkway, Paulet High School has created a modern, multi-use space that supports pupil wellbeing and enhances the school environment. This project is a great example of how flexible outdoor structures can address everyday challenges while adding long-term value.
