Dining Canopy at Springwell Community College in Staveley

Springwell Community College in Staveley near Chesterfield needed a dining shelter so students could have more freedom and space during their breaks. The finished product had to offer great protection from the elements for maximum use, plus an attractive design.

What did the project involve?

A&S Landscape installed a Motiva Duo™ at Springwell Community College, measuring 12000mm X 8000mm. It was a great choice as this model is well-suited to being used as a dining shelter; it can be freestanding and bad weather is no match for its genuine polycarbonate roofing. The students at this institution – which has a ‘reputation as a safe, caring and welcoming place to study’ – love the contemporary look of the canopy and how they now always have the option to relax outdoors at lunchtime.
