Our steel structures are manufactured here in the UK by highly experienced and qualified technicians using the latest technology and equipment combined with good old fashioned British workmanship! All of our Motiva component parts are of the highest quality and finish, we use unbreakable POLY-TUFF™ roofing sheet in clear or opal finish and ALU-TUFF™ rainwater goods where guttering is specified.
After a multi stage pre treatment, galvanizing is the first part of our ‘DURA-COAT’™ finish, this process in which steel components are protected against corrosion by the application of a zinc coating gives a tough protective coating which can last for many years.
Powder coating is the second stage of our 'DURA-COAT'™ finish and involves the steelwork being coated with an electrostatically charged powdered resin, heated and cured in an oven at 200°C. This gives an amazingly durable as well as attractive finish. We don’t restrict you to any set colours and can help you match your existing building or even corporate colours.
Your structure will be installed by a specialist installation team who will work with you to ensure minimum interruption to your normal working day and will reinstate the area and leave the site clean and tidy. Our company's health and safety processes have been scrutinized and approved by 'CHAS' the contractors health and safety scheme endorsed by the local government association. We are also registered with Constructionline the Government's national register for suppliers.
